The "Timeline" spans a period of over 30 years, with a detailed emphasis on the period of 1933-1939. 
Scroll the list on the right  to a specific date. Rolling the mouse over the date enters a short definition of the event in the grey box. Clicking the date opens a text and image related to the item (click here to see).  You may quickly access a period by clicking one of the numbered periods at the bottom of the screen.
